Measured Building Survey & Topographical Survey — Solihull
A combined measured building survey and topographical survey carried out at a residential property in Solihull. The project required both a full internal and external survey of the existing buildings and a detailed topographical survey of the wider site and grounds.
The topographical survey captured all ground features across the site — including boundaries, trees, hard standings, drainage and level data — providing accurate information to support the planning and design process. The measured building survey documented the existing structures in full, producing floor plans, elevations and sections of the buildings on site.
All drawings were produced in AutoCAD and delivered in both DWG and PDF format, ready for use by the client’s design team.
